Verify your Email Address

Sorry that you’re having issues. The steps below will help you get going.

Double check the email address that you entered into DailyBalance is correct.

  • The email address you entered is in bold on the “Almost There” screen.
  • If it’s not correct, click or tap on the “Use a different email address” link.
  • If it is correct, check your spam or junk folders in your email account
  • The email you’re looking for is from DailyBalance (do-not-reply@dataviz.com)

Still no luck? After about 10 seconds, some options will appear on the screen. 

Choose “Options” if you are on Mac or Windows or “Tap for options” on iOS. Then you can resend the email, or “Skip for now”.

 
Note: Choosing Skip for now will mean you will continue to see the verify email address option each time you use the app.
